Hedgehog Birthday Bag

I had to make a card to go with my little hedgehog card!

I started with my CTMH circle paper that I have been saving for years! lol! And cut it off the edge think looks cool. I used the hedgehog sticker that I put string in his mouth to make him look like holding balloon. I stamped the balloon on pattern paper and inked the edges.

I then used some MS glitter on the flower on paper and liquid glass on the scrolls.

What do you think sweet, simple!?!?!

Hot air Balloon Card

I have shown you a similar look before with a more manly color scheme.

I tore the edge of the card before I colored some rows with water color pencils. I then used my water brush to blend them all together and I loved the look over it on the torn spot. I stamped the hot air balloon and used liquid glass on just the balloon part of it.

I then literally dropped some iridescent sequins on the card and glued them were they fell!

What do you think a simple yet fun card right, right!?!?!

Singing in the Rain Card

If your not singing that song yet go ahead (it gets in my head every time I see this fellow!

I used dark gray card stock for my card and light gray for embossing my man. I embossed him then went over him with dark gray ink. I stamped rain around him then used liquid glass on them to make them look well cool!

I had some great blue pattern paper then I placed behind him and tore both the bottoms of them. I used some film real that I just placed on with a brad so it moves a little and pops up some. I tied on some light blue thread which I placed a white square metal on and tied a bow.

What do you think of him? Its a great them I think and so many uses!

Blue Crab Card

I hope my fellow Maryland family enjoys him like I do (if you don't know Maryland there blue crap crazies!)

The great part is guess were he is from?!? I got him out of a vintage cook book! I cut him out and colored with water color pencils and then used my water brush. I think he turned out pretty stinken good!

I used dark gray card stock on a white. With 4 pattern papers for the burst. I then put a natural border sticker across the bottom with a small piece of string knotted on and a black bling! Its a smooth like rock looking so I thought went well with my crab!

What do y'all think! Is he cute or are you ready to eat some crab now! ; )

Pink Hedgehog Card

This card is a inspiration from pintrest again  from this lady http://amyoneillblog.com/2014/04/10/a-pink-baby-elephant/.

I went with a brown card and sprayed it my mint green ink spray. I glued the doilies on then put washi tape on top of that. I cut out the banner yellow polka dot paper after placing on card wrapped string around the the card and placed a button on it.

The hedgehog was a cute sticker that was soft and I placed her on some floral pattern paper that I inked the edges and placed on a white scalloped chipboard!

Hope you enjoy the sweet girly card and thanks to Amy for my inspiration!

Pinwheel Flower Card

I saw something like this on Pintrest the pinwheel looking flower and had to try it.

I used a scallop circle punch to punch out three patterns. I folded them in half and formed the circle (this was harder then I thought it would be!) Once I had them the way I wanted I put the canvas solid button on the top of them. I then glued on a coral button, a metal antiqued gold brad and a yellow goose bump rhinestone.

I also embossed this card and inked over it with my cream chalk ink. I placed the ribbon with some fry edge on it then the pinwheel flower on that.

Another all occasion dainty card! Hope it makes someones day nicer!

Flower in Bottle Card

I had to try this even though my pic doesn't show it well. I stamped the flower/bottle on a piece of card stock and attached to the edge of the card. I cut around it so when on a table or such kind give the bottle a 3D look!

Thanks B for the stamp I borrowed. I colored it with color pencils and used my blending pen to blend the colors. I used liquid glass on the bottle to make it look more real. I embossed the card and inked with some cream chalk ink.

I put on the ribbon and a knot along with a pattern paper banner piece I cut out on cricut. Along with a tiny rhinestone and a wood button with chevron pattern top on it.

What do you think? Pretty kinda vintage looking but a nice all occasion card!

Spaceship Card

This card is so fun to just keep adding touches too. I cut the card out on my Cricut in a light gray color.

I then embossed the gears and inked them and the star edge with darker gray ink. I taped the orange polka dot paper on card and threw a small piece of silver chevron washi tape in corner.

I put that great spaceship sticker on and glued a felt arrow on after I tied some twine to it. I then placed a orange star rhinestone on for the last spark!

What to you think! Fun for the boys right!

Bug Fun Card

YES, a boy card! I tried hard not to make Halloween looking but wanted that creepy boy dark colors going.

I used a black card that I sprayed with silver ink and then did the layers of paper after I saw this card http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2277438 .

I had this awesome bug sticker then I put some glitter on his dots on back. I glued on the plastic green tab and the metal spiral clip with some ribbon knot on it.

I then did some hand stitching on the top just to get some attention up there! What do you think, a boy (or man!) is gonna love getting this one right?
